Rough and Rowdy Ways (2020)
Med Rough and Rowdy Ways ger Dylan ut nya sånger som han själv komponerat efter att ha gjort tre album med tolkningar av musik från 1940- och 50-talen. Som musiker på skivan medverkar bland annat Charlie Sexton (gitarr) och Tony Garnier (bas).
Rough and Rowdy Ways gavs ut som ett dubbel-album med den nästan 17 minuter långa "Murder Most Foul" på en egen sida. "Murder Most Foul" fick stor uppmärksamhet när dem kom ut under våren 2020 då den var Dylans första egenkomponerade låt på lång tid och den spänner över ett brett fält av ämnen. Mordet på president Kennedy står ut, men den är snarast en lång kedja av associationer och ögonblicksbilder:
